Our dock truss is the strongest in the business. We
start with a 75" piece of 1/2" solid aluminum rod. Each rod is bent
every 5 1/2" to form our 48" Truss. Some dock
manufacturers is 3/8" rod, some bend the rod every 10" and some do not
have continual trusses. |
2 Stringers per each 4' wide frame
3 Stringers per each 6' wide frame
This adds strength and stability to each of our
systems and gives you a decking surface that is mounted 16" on center.
Compare with other docks that are 24" on center.
Our post pads are 8" x 14", that is 224 SQ" of
support on the lakes bottom per section. Compare with other docks that
are 8" x 8" |
Our dock wheels are 8" wide x 24" tall and are made
from injection molded plastic. No rubber to rot and no steel wheels to
rust. |
Our dock post are 2 1/2" - Schedule 40 structural
galvanized steel. These are 200% stronger than aluminum post.
Our post pocket is 10" tall. Most docks are 4" to 7".
